The quality of the product, excellent packaging and quick processing of my order are unfounded. There are so many retailers that should learn from this company for order fulfilment. The dust bag, the sturdy box and the gorgeous inside packaging are all extras that were unexpected positives.

Very disappointed the boots have not arrived. It is three weeks since the order. I don’t know if they been sent - no communication. I hope they will arrive but would really have liked some communication from the seller.
